2024: Melina DiPietrio, dedicated her time to the St. Catharines Greek Community of Niagara, making a lasting impact through her efforts. 

2024: Samuel Tindall, volunteered with Community Care of St. Catharines and Thorold, raising money and offering support for those in need. 

2023: Shyan Jenkin, leader of the Strong Water Juniors, worked with the Niagara Regional Native Center, helping and advocating  Indigenous culture, health and rights. 

2022: Emma Sajur, helped her community during the pandemic, organizaing food drives and creating ways for her peers to stay connected. 

2021: Jeffrey Lennox, dedicated his time with the Yaguars Sport and Social Club, developing online programs to help the youth stay engaged during the pandemic. 

2020: Sarah Mateus-Jimenez, worked with the Yaguars Sport and Social Club, creating an inclusive space for young newcomers and raising funds for a robotics club she founded. 

2019: Sierra Spence, volunteered with Epilepsy Niagara, the Niagara Children’s Center, and the Brock Niagara Penguins, helping others and dedicating herself to epilepsy awareness. 

2018: Katie Kathiresan, dedicated her volunteer hours with the Hotel Dieu Shaver Foundation since 2015, 

2017: Brooklyn Smith, spent over 200 hours at Albright Manor, assisting residents with meals, activities, and the tuck shop. 

2016: Yusuf BenHalim, volunteered with the Qamer Foundation for over 3 years, working as a secretary and also participating in a mission trip to Tanzania to support local families. 

2016: Kate Hou, dedicated her volunteering with Friends of Walker’s Creek, helping to maintain and enhance the public spaces in her community. 

2015: Tyler Manthavong, volunteered at the Tufford Nursing for around 2 years, visiting the establishment every other Saturday bringing joy to the residents. 

2014: Emily Burkholder, volunteered both at her school (Denis Morris) and internationally with Me to We and the  Niagara Catholic International Co-operative Experience, helping build a school in Kenya and participating in a placement in Dominica. 

2013: The Golden Hammers– Olivia Dim, Bazil Sonier, Dexter Sonier, Evan Dim, Jared Gilmour, Lucas Venneri, and Trent Gilmour— performed 55 shows across the community, raising over $1,000 for charity.

2012: Devon Houlden, dedicated her volunteering with Autism Ontario Niagara Region Chapter since 2008, supporting children and youth on the spectrum.

2011: Paul Martino, volunteered with the Brain Injury Community RE-entry (BICR), helping individuals living with the effects of brain injuries.

2007: Paula Rausch, a Kernahan Secondary School student, volunteered in elementary schools, supporting and helping kids across the city.

2006: Barbara Jean Lick, a Grade 12 student at Kernahan Secondary School, devoted up to 24 hours a week to volunteering, teaching gospel to kids at Calvary Church despite having a learning disability and problems with fine motor skills.

2005: Cody Palmer-Almond, spent his volunteer work with the Niagara Kids Help Phone, the March of Dimes, and the Niagara Wine Festival, offering his support to people with mental health issues and disabilities. 

2003: Andy Gindroz, dedicated his time at the YMCA, teaching martial arts to others in the community despite losing vision in his right eye due to a tumor.
